Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item under the following conditions:

Returns Eligibility

  • Only full-priced items are eligible for a return or refund.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

    • In their original packaging, with all tags attached

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

Timeframe for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed once the return is received and inspected.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Sale or discounted items

    • Items returned outside the returns period

    • Items not returned in original condition or packaging

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair for a faulty item.

Consumer Guarantees

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
